In partnership with our stakeholders, we will improve the health and wellbeing of our population.The incumbent will contribute to the organization by taking responsibility to oversee the implementation of health insurance across all PHCC health centres. The Program Manager provides oversight of several Insurance projects and participates in the operational management and strategic planning of the National Health Insurance along with key PHCC stakeholders who will be active member of this program office. In addition, liaise with senior leadership team to make critical decisions on changes expected to be implemented as part of health insurance implementation. Maintain regular interaction with External & internal stakeholders, monitor progress of multiple projects, manage program budget / resources, identify risks / mitigation plans and report program status back to NHI executive steering committee throughout the life cycle of the program.
