Job Description

My Client is leading Semi Government Company based in DubaiThey are into-Venue Services Management , Event Management ,Real Estate & Free ZonesJob Responsibilities:Supports the design and planning process by creating detailed technical drawings and floor plans. This roleinvolves assisting senior draughtsman and working closely with various teams to ensure the successful executionof events.

  • Support event planners, F & amp; B, and sales teams by understanding event requirements and
  • objectives.
  • Assist in meetings to gather necessary details for designs.
  • Translate conceptual designs and sketches into detailed technical drawings using
  • drafting software.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to venue regulations and safety standards.
  • Incorporate feedback and modifications throughout the design process.
  • Participate in site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions as required.
  • Record and report site data accurately for use in drafting.
  • Assist in plotting the events mark-out and review floor plan accuracy.
  • Operating the Robot mark-out service programmer.
  • Help coordinate hall access for mark-out and maintain up-to-date mark-out schedules.
  • Continuously update and maintain the floor plans of meeting rooms and halls.
˙Auto CAD & Design experience is a must.˙
